Don't know about you, but when I get my car repaired, I really don't need a guy in a suit to offer me a latte while he tells me about the repairs done by someone else in the back. In fact, I specifically don't want that since that's an extra guy I've got to pay for. I want to talk to the guy in the jumpsuit, which you do at Nicol Motors. They specialize in BMW and Mercedes and do a fine job servicing and repairing cars, without the extra layer of "service", which this customer doesn't want or need.
