Nicole Baer at Active Care Physio

I was recommended Nicole Baer after a fellow musician insisted I seek physio treatment for a stubborn wrist problem. Although Nicole (and Active Physio generally) specialise more in the sports physio area, she immediately set about getting a full understanding of the dynamics involved in my playing and was quick to diagnose the problem. The end result after a series of regular sessions was a complete cure, the correction of some bad habits, and a set of exercises to keep me on the right track in the future. The treatment area at Active Care is set up in a large open plan room filled with natural light (with privacy screens where needed), and the layout means that there is a lot of friendly banter between the physiotherapists and workshopping of ideas. All in all an enjoyable and successful experience.
