Old Fitzroy Hotel

The Old Fitzroy has a great vibe. For a pub it is quite intimate and inviting. Very cosy in winter. All up, a great place for a beer, a chat and a catch up. The place has retained a certain element of old world charm when many pubs are over capitalising and changing not for the better. The Old Fitz is renown for its Asian bistro which has served up many a tasty laksa. Upstarirs there is a pool table and a room available for function hire. I have recently hired it out because of its good capacity (100+ people) and ability to host a DJ there. There's a projector as well. So, all up it's a pretty good place to host an event. Thoroughly recommended.
