Pablo's Charcoal Chicken and Ribs is the latest eatery in Surry Hills with fresh juicy chicken, tender succulent ribs, fresh crisp vegetables, chicken burgers that are a pleasure to eat, and cholesterol free chips. The three brothers; Adrian, Damien and Brendan grew up in the service and food industry and are very excited at their latest project. To them friendly service and genuinely good food are essential and everyone has a right to have access to a shop that provides that. The other thing that sets Pablo's a leg up from many other chicken shops is that they roast their meat over fire pits. They don't pay lip service to the word Charcoal - it's genuine.

Gotta love these guys- proper charcoal chicken by the whole bird or flame grilled chicken burgers with oodles of salad and extras.
They taste bloody awesome and are always served with a smile. The chips and salad sizes are very generous so you can easily carve out a good feed on a budget.
Not sure about the health factor all together, but they definitely a lot less oily and fatty than other charcoal chicken joints and the drinks they have whilst not massive in selection have some really nice touches like organic soft drinks and juices.
I just love 'em.
