Dr Pockley is caring, capable and customer oriented
I have just started seeing Dr Pockley after being so impressed with the service that he provides to my toddler. Usually when my toddler goes to see him he is taken by my mother. Each time my son sees him, Dr Pockley calls me to check some information/get a first hand account of the symptoms and or to explain to me directly what needs to be done to treat him. I am impressed that he cares enough to make sure he gets a completely accurate picture of what is going on and that he is willing to take the time to make a call to explain things directly to me rather than pass messages back through my mother. So, on to me. I had to have a test. Dr Pockley rang me when the results arrived, explained the results and arranged to leave the consequent prescription that I needed at the front desk of the practice for me to collect at my convenience. So, with his help, I avoided the time, delay and cost of having to make a further appointment just to hear about the test results. Besides being fantastically user friendly and caring, Dr Pockley seems to be very capable.
Dr Pockley is a great GP for kids!
Dr Christopher Pockley is the GP for my two little ones and I have been 100% happy with him. He seems very knowledgeable, patiently asks questions - and listens to the answers, and is fabulous with babies & kids. Another plus of this practice that their new premises are lovely & clean and have a ramped entrance & lift, so are easy to navigate with a stroller and/or toddler. I've also seen Dr. Susan Pugh, when Dr. Pockley was away one day, and she was also great.
