Rented an apartment with these amateurs for 5 months and found them to be slow and lazy, only looking to please the landlord once he the landlord decided to sell the apartment after we were only living in it for 2 months.
The 5 months we stayed felt like a year in a hostel in kings cross.
Continually bullied and forced too have more open houses even after we agreed to 4.
Treated like tourists who have never read a lease agreement!
im sure this agency has nice properties and may look after if your buying or selling but as for tenants i recommend staying far away no matter how desperate, tenants have rights as well. My father has been an estate agent for 30yrs and i feel sorry for him and other genuine estate agents out there that there are businesses like this one giving them a bad name.
