Ray White Real Estate: Randwick

Look, let’s be honest. There are no GOOD real estate agents in Sydney. They all have the same incredibly irritating traits: 1) they give you a 15 minute window to view a rental; 2) they only return your phone calls if they have nothing else to do (including filing their nails) and 3) they require mounds of paperwork with no rhyme or reason, and each agency has a different application process. But Ray White is the worst. I have two examples to buttress my claim. First, Ray White now shows some rental places for FIVE MINUTES. What, fifteen minutes is too long for your precious agents to show a place? Five minutes? Are you fucking kidding me? You can’t even get up the crowded stairway before they are closing the place. Second, Ray White is particularly egregious in not calling back interested clients. This particularly pissed me off in one instance, where I noticed that the place in which I had expressed an interest was posted AT A LOWER PRICE the following week. That means that the agent was so lazy that she decided to reduce the price and re-show rather than actually return a call. This leads me to another critical conclusion: if I am ever in the position to SELL real estate here I certainly won’t turn to Ray White, where agents actually lower prices rather than return phone calls.
