If you want to do some extensions to your house - call them!
Renascent Constructions did our recent renovation. They added a level on top of our house (2 bedrooms, a bathroom and playroom) and also added a pool and a new double garage with storage space above.
They were fantastic. They came in on time (actually, we moved in a week prior to their end date) and on budget. The finishes were outstanding and everyone that's come to see the finished product has been impressed with what they've done.
I think what sets them apart is having an on-site foreman there the entire time. He was actually a carpenter and did all the carpentry work but it helps things keep on track.
If anything didn't work after we moved in (and 6 months down the track) they are there fixing it. This hasn't happened very often but they've been on top of everything.
I'd thoroughly recommend them.
