Roger Shoe Repair: Redfern

I am incredibly hard to fit shoes on due to very wide feet, so finding Roger has been an absolute life saver for me! Seriously, I operate on maybe two pairs of shoes I can wear at any given time that are comfortable and don't make me feel like an absolute dag, so Roger's Shoe Repair adds a new level of happiness to my otherwise miserable association with shoes...

Why? 

Well, because he fixes your shoes without trying to hit you up for needless extras for start. His prices are bloody good for another and finally, the guy is nice and knows his shoes. My fave leather red boots are now back on due to his ability to fix the zips for $25 (as opposed to the $65 I was quoted elsewhere). That means a lot to me! It saves me from the embarrasing agony of shoe shopping all day feeling worse and worse about my poor old clumpers- and it saves me dosh. 

He does re-soling, leather conditioning and a whole lot of other stuff too. Give him a whirl! he's been there for 47 years and is obviously pretty damn good at what he does to be able to have survived that long and with so much change in the industry- and the area.
