A haven for the overwhelmed
Right in the tackiest part of Oxford St this place is a haven for the overwhelmed. The atmosphere is hushed with soothing music, while the massage is consistently good. They have perfected the routine and keep it the same, the massage is neither too hard nor too soft.
Massage without the hassle
I love getting a massage, but all the organising and time required (not to mention the expense) means that it's a rare event. Sabai solves all of these problems: no appointment is required, it's conveniently located, you keep your clothes on, and it's inexpensive! I was impressed with the quality of the massage, which is Thai-style (I got a back massage rather than a foot massage), and the service, which was friendly, quiet, and included a hot towel & cup of tea served at the end of the massage. I was also amazed that a shop-front in the heart of the Darlinghurst section of Oxford Street could create such a calming atmosphere - it's genuinely relaxing.
