Very fine bread

We love the bread here and the dine-in breakfast/lunch options are very good too. On the negative side (and these are all the result of the place's deserved popularity), the queue can be a little long, a table hard to secure and the wait for a take-away coffee a bit too much. We go back anyway.
The absolute BEST bread in Sydney

This place without a doubt makes the best bread in Sydney. The fact that they seem to always sell out of it by lunchtime is testament to the fact that the bread is divine! You must try their fabulous sourdough, as well as their kalamatta olive loaf!

I love the bread at Sonoma. I love sandwiches. I love the museli (though should eat less of it...). But when I go in there, as often as not, the service is somewhat curt and unfriendly. Especially when they are sold out of something you want -- they don't let you down gently! I have been told that many others have had different (and more positive) experiences so maybe I should give them a few more chances, which I'm sure to do because of the Miche!
