Struggletown Vet

Our labrador had to go through Struggletown Puppy Classes twice... you could say he struggled- ha! Actually, for a bright dog, he just saw the whole thing of being in class as a chance to muck up the other dogs, play, bark and do exactly the opposite of what we or the trainer wanted. Spot the dog with ADD anyone? 

These guys are great- they do a wonderful job with Puppy classes and training and are really patient, animal loving people. They are also our vet, who have patched our happy lil lab up after a few mishaps along the way as well as look after his general care. 

The only criticism I have which is why they are 3 stars instead of 4 is the tiny bit of OTT upselling that goes along with the vet care. Example, our lab split his paw on seashells and needed stitches- they looked after him brilliantly. But when he had an ear scratch during a visit, all of a sudden he has a skin allergy and needs California Diet kibble- which is like $25 a bowl. Totally unneccessary and not the case. He just needed to be changed to Comfortis flea stuff due to the fact he's a Lab and washes off any other flea stuff really, really easily. 

Great care and wonderful people to deal with otherwise, just make sure you ask the right questions just in case.
