They are the worst business, very unprofessional
To anyone seeking cleaning, avoid this service. I had booked in an end of lease clean where Sam the cleaner/manager had left the premises dirtier than I had left it. When realestate requested re-don of general services, they agreed under thier terms and outlined what they will re-do, which is not stated intially under their service guarnatee. they had also extracted further amount from my credit card without consultations or authorisation and when I enquired about this they stated credit card charge, I indicated that there was nothing stated in any corrospondence from them or on their quote or recipet of services. Sam from Sunshine was rude and very arrogant in saying that I can take it up with fair trading. I am undertaking a complaint through fair trading, however anyone seeking honest professional work AVOID SUNSHINE AAA CLEANING. Save your money. I had to pay another cleaning company to re-do the work that Sunshine did not do
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
We booked this company for an end of lease clean for our apartment. In the days leading up they never returned our phone calls to confirm when they were coming. The morning of, we finally got a hold of them, and then they were still 2 hours late. Upon arrival, they jacked up the price and the cleaner was unnecessarily rude and appeared dodgy. My partner asked him to please leave the apartment due his bad attitude and the suddenly increased price- nevertheless our credit card was still charged despite the services never being rendered. We managed to get a hold of someone once to compain, but after that there was no answer and our emails were replied to with the response "your request has been denied" and nothing else. We compained to the Department of Fair Trading, however they are unable to force businesses to do anything, just advise.
Horrible
Had requested the cleaning service and these are the problems :-
1) Was told it would take 2-4 hours for 2-3 cleaners but only 1 cleaner was sent and he worked for 3 hours.
2) None of the windows were cleaned though I was promised and lot of dirt was there on the window.
3) Window blinds were broken by the cleaner and when I complained about it, I was abused by the person and was told that it was broken by me and if I try to call them again he will complain to police. Absolutely no sense of customer service and don't know how to talk to people. Very rude, nice till you pay them money.
4) Doors were not cleaned. Bulbs were not cleaned.
Please avoid them at all cost don't fall in trap like me as I was told I was offered some special discount. They will promise they will clean everything but dont do so. My advice pay 20-30$ more rather than going for these guys.

Sunshine AAA Cleaning Sydney Avoid This Company!!!!!
We organised a premium cleaning service from Sunshine AAA Cleaning as we are selling our house at auction. We booked in a "End of Tenancy" cleaning package which they recommended for our situation. When the cleaner turned up we were quite surprised as for the amount of money we paid, as well as what we were told, we were expecting a "team" of cleaners to work on the property.
We did a walk through and agreed on what we the service would include and were generally very happy about this.
When the cleaner had finished, he told us we could not go inside as the floors were still wet. When we went inside we were horrified by the state of the floors - and what was worse we had 5 people coming to inspect the property in less than an hour. We also noticed a number of other things that were not done - cleaning of microwave and fridge (both listed on their website as included in the service), the exhaust fans (which the cleaner had told us he would clean) and there were a number of areas which had not been dusted.
We called them about this the next working day and were told to put it in writing and they will get i sorted out. We did this and did not hear from them for 2 days. We called the office again and again and finally the day before our house was to go to auction we were given the manager's mobile number. His response was he would get back to us.
An hour later we got an email from his office saying that they would not be sending anyone else around to fix the mistakes and I should call the Department of Fair Trading. I have lodged a complaint and will keep you up to date!!
Horrible Cleaning job - Complete waste of money!!
Please do not waste your time or money on using this company, as you can do a much better job of cleaning your place yourself and save yourself an incredible amount of money. We were quited $199 for a 2 bedroom unit. My husband was there when the cleaners arrived, and they said it was $220 (he didn't make the arrangements so didn't know what we were quoted). Then the cleaner told him that they had to charge an extra $20 or they wouldn't clean the shower properly. GST was added (which was never quoted), and the total came to $260. After inspection of the apartment, we saw they did a horrible job. We found a cobweb, dust on the floorboards, dirt on the shelves in the bathroom, and food crumbs still all in the grill! They also don't clean the walls. I promise you that this is a absolute surface cleaning job IF THAT and you should consider another company or do it yourself.
Shoddy operation
Very poor service recieved from this company. Clean was performed to an unacceptably poor standard (dirt and grime on benches and in sink, floor not cleaned, windows streaky). "Customer service" was rude and dismissive. They couldn't even manage to show up on time. I'd avoid this company at all costs.
Integrity Issues - Beware
Used thiese cleaning in February and their team knocked a chunk of plaster from my wall. Denied responsibility and had to take them to Fair Trading. Cost me over $500 to repair.
Do not recommend under any circumstances. Manager was hostile, rude and never responded to queries.

I cannot beleive while reading the below comments.
I had my property cleaned by sunshine aaa cleaning and they did an absolute terrific job . I had no issues at alll getting my full bond back. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry , windows, skirting boards, walls etc were all cleaned thoroughly.
This cleaning company was actually recommended to me by my friend and now i pass this on to all other colleagues that may need a cleaning company for their exit clean

completely unprofessional, totally rude, an absolute rip-off!
1. The cleaners didn't show up at booked appointment time, when I rang they said someone will be there 2-2.5 hours later
2. When they finally arrived - I was told the quote didn't include cleaning the internal stairs (even though I have the email where I told them it was a 2-storey townhouse). When I asked if we could "call it even" since the cleaners were 2 hours late, I was rudely told "no".
3. Because they were late, I wasn't able to check the property after they were done (I had to drive to QLD) so the first person to see the townhouse was my landlord on her final inspection. She said that not only was it still dirty & the carpets not steam-cleaned, but the hook from the swinging door in the kitchen has been pulled out of the wall!
4. I didn't hear from the company at all in the following days - I had expected someone to ring to arrange payment but in the middle of an interstate move, it slipped my mind. 2 days later I noticed my credit card had been charged. I gave my credit card details to secure the booking but I had not authorised a transaction.
5. I've now called several times & sent several emails asking them to A) reverse the unauthorised transaction & B) advise when the cleaners can return to redo the property, but I am constantly being fobbed off.
This company is completely unprofessional, totally rude, an absolute rip-off! I honestly don't know how they're still legally allowed to trade! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE SUNSHINE CLEANING!

I would like to express my happiness in hiring out sunshine aaa cleaning to do some end of lease cleaning work for us. The cleaners did a fantastic job and our real estate agent didnt have any issues at all , hence received my full bnd back.
Im very satisfied with their customer service and very reasonable cost of clean. I have used other companies , they have been ok but not to this extent.

Truly amazing service i have received from this company
I had my house cleaned by sunshine aaa cleaning and was greatly satisfied with the results. Two cleaners turned up and their customer service was very good. It didnt take them long to finish the job. I inspected the whole apartment and every area ws cleaned . They even deodorised the whole place which was smelling very nice
