Beautiful store with amazing service
Recently visited the store in the Strand arcade to order a cake for my Dads 60th birthday.
I received fantastic service and the designer sketched up a drawing of the cake on the spot! We tasted cake samples and choose the Belgian chocolate mud cake.
The interior decoration of this store, combined with the amazing cake scuptures and service, make it well worth a visit!
Dissappointing customer service
I waited nearly 15 minutes for service in this well known Paddington Store (wanting to order a custome made cake) and not only did no one ask if they could assist me, when I asked for assistance I was brushed aside with the comment "we will get to you". Needless to say, I walked out.
