Sweet Infinity Bakery: Woolloomooloo

Delicious pastries, high prices, variable service. Sweet Infinity has some fantastic baked goods - the flourless chocolate cake, financier cake, and chocolate croissants stand out.  I've found service variable:  excellent from the owner and some staff, and surly from another staff member.  They will do custom orders - and did an incredible chocolate & orange cake for me.  The bakery is small, so more of a place to drop in and pick up breakfast, lunch or snack, rather than linger (though there are a few seats). Prices are quite high, however; that said, everything is very high quality.
