I love this place. The Vietnamese ladies are lovely, they will squeeze you in without an appoinment and they do a great pedicure that lasts for weeks. And the waxing lady will rip your hair out as quickly and as painlessly as possible (without regaling you with her problems with her boyfriend/best friend/flatmate/boss).
