Good pre-dinner option for Surry Hills, though a little impersonal for my taste
This upmarket, very large pub is a good, reliable drinks option before dinner out in Surry Hills. That said, I find the size and vibe a little impersonal / meat-market-ish.
If, though you're just after some snacks while drinking, the food, as I recall, is pretty solid.
Still, I wouldn't go further than saying it's 'fine'.

I really enjoyed the layout and the design of the place.
$4 drinks on fridays and saturdays before 7pm make it the perfect place to kick on to after work pre-heading out to the city. There is a good range of tapas on offer too.
