Good in-store, but online shop irritates me to the extreme
Good in-store experience, but online shopping isn't great value. Woolies' stores seem to operate well, with speedy check-out times and friendly staff. Their online shopping leaves something to be desired - particularly the search & browse, and the prices are often higher than in-store, in addition to requiring a delivery fee!

Great value
The Fresh Food people...what a delight. Woolworths has upped their game and they have left Coles in the lurch. With all the info out there about eating fresh and avoiding processed food, Woolworths is taking the right path. Thanks for going fresh Woolies.
