Great Services; They Know what are they doing
For sometimes I was after a trusted service in order to get treatment for My Spider viens. I found a very good deal over the internet from Zara Skin Care Clinic. being obsess with my high expectation for the services, I tryed to gather some comments from the other clients being treated at Zara.
Strangely I found some negative comments about Zara Clinic, but eventually by the presistent advise of a close friend, I decided to give it a go. I was treated at Zara Clinic for my Spider Viens only 5 time and despite my believe all the viens dissappeared within 2 months of treatment. The service and quality was imazingly impressing, so I decided to continue treatment for abdominal fat reduction as well. I am currently being treated for this and have seen significant result, even though I'm still in the middle of my treatment. I lost 5cm in my firt session and taking the very professional advise of the expered team have helped me to speed the proccess much faster. I truly appreciate their support and right nutrition diet program.
My only purpose for this comment is to let the others know that unless you don't try it, it's hard to believe how high quality is the services and treatments at Zara Clinic, despite the comment written on Customer Underground. Their environment was so relaxing and a light classis music was played.

My name is Anabela and I've been using Zara Skin care clinic services for the last two years. I have used most of their services from IPL Lazer treatment to LED light therapy and Oxygen therapy, Microdermabrition, Ultra sound, Lanfatic drainage and much more. I have used most of their products as well. And I am absolutely happy with all their services. I will recommend their services to anyone interested for these treatments.

Hi, I've been using Zara Clinic services for the last three months and have full satisfaction both from the friendly services and their significantly helpful product.
Everything is so welcoming from the bright tidy and comfortable waiting room to the friendly staff members all in elegant uniforms, offer of refreshment on arrival and facilities such as Wi-Fi internet, everything is so profound and most importantly the professional services and free consultation is what you are not getting elsewhere. their product are all the latest trend of the market with outstanding results, I have not seen before.
Overall, Zara I'm here to say thank you for every thing you're offering to the community from the service to the product...... IT'S ALL GOOD....
Don't waste your money or time! WORSE SERVICE and FALSE claims
I was mortified at the sheer lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced today! I purchased a voucher and wish I had saved my money. I was given a body summary of my fat and told my kidneys and liver were healthy all from standing on a 'magic' scale and raising my arms. When I inquired how she was able to conclude such statements she replied "it’s the measurements"....?? I was briefly told what to eat and told I must buy cell-u-loss to accelerate my weight loss. When I asked her what was in them Nooshin replied “its herbal”.
I was then taken to the treatment room and was horrified to see that there were several used tissues on the bed and floor (presumably from the previous client) the disposable towel on the bed was also not replaced as she rudely pointed to me to remove my pants and lie down. No hand washing, no gloves! The door was left wide open, which I proceeded to close after she ignored my request to close it while I got changed. Throughout the treatment Nooshin stopped to take personal phone calls and see to clients in the waiting room – STILL continuing to leave the door open (need I remind you I had no pants on!) My appointment took over an hour and a half!! With no more than 45min of consultation and treatment time. Measurements were half heartedly done and I was told I lost 3cm at the end. LIAR!! I did the same measurements at home- nothing!!
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism, courtesy and basic people skills. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS CLINIC!!
NOT WORTH YOUR TIME/MONEY- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I went to zara after purchasing a deal on one of the deal websites for fat cavitation. WORST MISTAKE i have ever made.
This place is a joke. my appointment was at 4pm, i showed up early and completed the necessary forms only to be told by the manager/therapist that i would have to wait as she was hungry and needed to eat her lunch. It wasnt until 4:20 that i was taken in for my "consultation" which consisted of her taking my measurements with one hand whilst screaming down the phone trying to organise another staff member to come in.
I was not told my measurements, what to expect, how the treatment was performed or even asked what area i wanted treated!!! Then whilst still on the phone she proceeded to begin my treatment on the WRONG AREA, seeming genuinely pissed off when i told her she was not doing it in the area i would like- obviously i interupted her phone call.
If this wasnt bad enough at the end of my treatment she simply announced i had "just lost 3cm" - BULL. By this stage she had 3 other clients waiting to be served and was irritated they had not completed their forms inspite there been noone to greet or instruct them. When I asked to see my form (which she had filled in in the "consultation" process she tild me she had lost it and it would take at least 5 minutes to find and stormed off in a huff not interested in me explaining to her that i actually had not been told ANYTHING. Once i read over my measurements it was clear where my "3cm loss" had come from- her original numbers were much larger than what i had measured earlier (in a nutrition and dietetics department of a hospital).
Ive not lost any fat deposits, felt any better and am truly appalled at their lack of customer service and general personal skills at all. i realise they may have been short staffed on this particular day but it in no way makes up for the appalling service i received.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and dont bother with this place or the terrible staff they have working there. lesson learnt- if the deal looks too good to be true it probably is
Be extra careful when using this service!
