Frustrating, and unavoidable.

While I've regularly found individual employees to be friendly and helpful, the overall level of service is not good. For example: (1) queues seem to be always long, even at non-peak times; (2) they claim to have attempted delivery of packages to our address...which are never successful, even if someone was home at the time; (3) if we have 'missed' delivery, they refuse to 'redeliver' packages (even when I pleaded due to various extenuating circumstances on our part); (4) there is no way to contact your local post office; and (5) mail is frequently mis-delivered to our address...often with an address that barely resembles ours (e.g., a different street!). But, there's really no alternative... Two bright spots: I am impressed with the speed of in-city delivery & the guy who works in the mailboxes at Potts Point is always friendly and helpful.
