As soon as you walk in and see the sign saying "Black Bull Butchery and Meat Education Centre", you know you're in a different kind of butcher's shop - a genuine expert. And Black Bull delivers on the promise: great selection of mainstream meats (especially yummy are the marinated kebabs), accoutrements (sauces, spice rubs, etc.), a big selection of off-piste meats (crocodile, anyone?), as well as cooked ready-to-heat meals (yummy moussaka!). Extra bonus is that proprietor Glen Viller and staff are always friendly, efficient, and happy to provide advice and/or custom-cut meats. I have never been disappointed with Black Bull, and highly recommend them.
