What is there to say about this restaurant that hasn't been said before? I've been a regular here since university days in the early 90s, and happily the only thing that's changed is the price of the spag bol. (It's gone from $5 to $10 - the sheer inflation of it all!) You still get a full meal for $10 or less, and in and out in minutes. The service is functional and the surroundings extremely basic, but it is the least pretentious restaurant in the world and reassuringly the same every time. For all these reasons it remains one of the most comforting, and one of my favourite, spots in Sydney.
