Sean's Panaroma review by sunkissed

Loooved having dinner here - the menu changes quite often and I have heard that all of the ingredients come from Sean's organic farm (don't know if that's true though?). Had the lamb and beef fillet on our night there as well as a beautiful custard tart. There's no paper menu per se because the menu changes so often - everything's written on chalkboards over the kitchen and read to you by your waiter. The decor is a bit lacking, but I actually really appreciated the simplicity of it. You can tell that the focus and the passion of the restaurant focussed on the food. Just a beautiful, simple, fresh dining experience right across from Bondi Beach.
