Seasalt Cafe review by Died On Hold
A relaxed waterside diner
It's not easy to find a decent seaside cafe (or, for that matter, bar) in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Bronte is a hassle to park, as is Bondi, and the kindly local council only allows you to stay for an hour in many spots. So it's a relief to be able to park the car quickly, walk a short distance and plonk down somewhere where there are superb views of the water, frolicking beachgoers and houses one will never be able to afford. The food is decent (the slightly premium prices are justified by the spot) and the service, while not the Ritz-Carlton, doesn't offend. All in all, a good option to relax over coffee and a paper.
