Time to Vino wine bar review by Mel K

Time to Vino is an intimate restaurant with an upstairs bar.  The wine list is extensive, and I loved that there were lots of wine available in smaller sizes (by glass or half-bottle).  My overall experience here was good, without being stand-out; now that going out with hubby requires a babysitter, I'm not sure I'd be back to the restaurant though I think I would come back for the bar.  Not for any negative reason, but rather because the place didn't inspire passion in me.  I did really like the bar upstairs, though, and think it would be a great place to while away an evening.
