Alexandria is an inner suburb of Sydney. Historically a primarily light industrial area, Alexandria is in the midst of a transformation, with new apartment blocks rising up to take advantage of its proximity to the city. Alexandria is part of the larger Green Square district and has a growing number of cafes and restaurants catering to the growing commercial and residential communities in the neighbourhood.
