Palm Beach, NSW, 2108
Palm Beach is the northern-most point of Sydney. The name Palm Beach comes from the fact that the shape of its beaches and headlands is shaped like a palm when viewed from above. Palm Beach has many recreational and sporting areas and the suburb is part of the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park. There are a few shops and eateries but Palm Beach is mainly a residential area. The famous television soap opera “Home and Away” regularly films at Palm Beach.
